Alexandra 'Spicey' Landé receives the Grand Prix Dynastie Dance

The Dynastie Gala will take place on April 11 at Théâtre Maisonneuve, where Alexandra 'Spicey' Landé will receive the Grand Prix Dynastie Dance.

For its 10th edition, the Gala has redesigned its format to highlight personalities who have left a lasting mark through their career paths, commitment, influence, and ability to open doors for others. Alexandra “Spicey” Landé, a Montreal-based choreographer, Hip Hop specialist in Québec since 2005, and founder of the company Ebnflōh, has paved the way for Street Dance with a bold artistic vision and a strong commitment to emerging artists through numerous projects that have had a real impact on the field.

Founded in 2016, the gala Dynastie was born from a simple but essential observation: talents from Black communities actively contribute to the cultural, media and artistic vitality of Quebec, without always receiving the recognition they deserve.

Created to offer a space for celebration, visibility and legitimation, the gala Dynastie has established itself over the years as an unmissable event, a time where excellence is highlighted, where careers are honored and where stories are told with pride.

Since its first edition, the Gala has contributed to changing narratives, opening doors and creating bridges between cultural, media and institutional environments. It was an opportunity to name, recognize and celebrate individuals who, through their work, commitment and creativity, have marked their era and continue to do so.
