ENDEAVOUR
With Sonder, their fourth album and new live show, Symbio opens a new chapter in its artistic journey. The duo explores human relationships and the ways in which they shape us: paths that diverge, bonds that are formed, encounters with others, and the relationship we have with ourselves.
On stage, this world comes to life through music that is both sensitive and powerful, where evocative melodies, dreamlike soundscapes, and hypnotic rhythms intertwine. Drawing equally from folk and Celtic sounds as well as electronic music, Symbio creates cinematic instrumental music that sometimes evokes the immersive worlds of film. The hurdy-gurdy and accordion remain at the heart of their distinctive sound, enriched by electronics and beats.
Symbio offers an immersive and contemporary performance where rhythmic intensity meets emotion, and where tradition becomes the starting point for a deeply personal musical language. This new show highlights the chemistry, creativity, and virtuosity that have earned the duo recognition on stages around the world.
