With great enthusiasm, our agents Élodie Legault and Yaëlle Azoulay will be attending bibu for the very first time—the most important meeting place in Sweden for professionals working in performing arts for young audiences. The event will take place in Helsingborg from May 27 to 30, 2026.
Résonances is proud of its youth programming and looks forward to showcasing it in this space where professionals working with children, youth, and the performing arts come together to discover and exchange ideas around creation for young audiences.
With a dance department that has integrated a growing number of high-quality works for young audiences in recent years, this participation is a natural opportunity to build international connections and identify the best opportunities for our artists working in dance, but also music, and circus. Given the highly specific nature of young audiences, this event is also essential for deepening our understanding of the nuances and parameters of this field.
The previous edition of bibu in 2024 featured 23 productions, for a total of 91 performances, along with 117 seminars, workshops, and other activities. We had 1270 biennial pass visitors and over 1200 children saw the performances during the four festival days.
