GAMIQ
Since 2006, the Association de la Musique Indépendante du Québec has been showcasing, promoting, and celebrating new music from Québec and, since 2018, from Francophone Canada. Through its flagship event, the Gala alternatif de la musique indépendante du Québec, an annual celebration of the best in independent music from here, the organization not only recognizes the excellence of its award recipients, but also shines a light on the quality and diversity of the nominees and the wealth of talent featured on La Grosse Liste. Through live performances and editorial content, the GAMIQ helps audiences discover the exciting music being made in Québec today.(source https://musiqueindependante.com/)
